1Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "GCR77" or "Platform" refers to the gcr77.my website and all services, mobile apps and digital products operated under the gcr77 brand.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account at gcr77 or who uses the services of this platform.
• "Funds" refers to cash or digital currency deposited into your gcr77 account.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, match funds or other benefits granted by gcr77 to members in accordance with their respective promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the gcr77 platform regardless of access method — whether via web browser, Android or iOS mobile app. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy GCR77 which forms the entire agreement between you and the platform.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use gcr77 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method. The latest limits are displayed in the Deposit platform. gcr77 does not charge any processing fees for deposits — however, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges beyond gcr77's control.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the GCR77 platform. GCR77 does not operate as a financial institution and reserves the right to reject or suspend any suspicious deposit for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

5Fund Withdrawal

GCR77 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit for security and compliance purposes.

Requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is processed:

• KYC verification must be completed and the account must be in active status.

• No signs of suspicious activity or fraud on the account.

The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

GCR77 reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate the account of any member who violates these conduct rules without prior notice and without obligation to return any remaining balance if fraud is proven.

9Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GCR77 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. GCR77 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or live chat.

Security measures recommended for all gcr77 members:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious account activity to gcr77 support immediately.

GCR77 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team via live chat immediately.

10Account Suspension and Termination

GCR77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account for reasons including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, KYC non-compliance, or a voluntary request from the member.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting GCR77 support. In the case of voluntary closure:

• Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within three business days after KYC verification is complete.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited.
• You may apply to reopen your account within ninety days, subject to review by the compliance team.

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms or fraud, GCR77 reserves the right to withhold all remaining balances without refund and to pursue appropriate legal action if necessary.

11Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The gcr77 platform is provided "as is" and gcr77 makes no specific guarantees regarding continuous availability or uninterrupted service. gcr77 will make every effort to maintain platform uptime above 99.9% but cannot guarantee one hundred percent availability at all times.

GCR77 is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by technical disruptions, internet failures, or user device issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
• Disputed game outcomes after server records have been verified as accurate.
• Payment processing delays caused by third parties beyond gcr77's control.

In all circumstances, GCR77's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total funds deposited by that member within the thirty days prior to the liability claim arising. Gambling involves financial risk and you are solely responsible for your own gambling decisions.

12Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

GCR77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, GCR77 will endeavour to inform members of material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email.

Continued use of the GCR77 platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
